Is the house equipped for winter?
Yes. A modern air-to-water heat pump keeps the house warm year-round.
Do I need to speak Swedish to get around?
No. English is widely understood. Trying a little Swedish will, however, earn plenty of smiles and warm reactions.
Can I park my car in front of the house?
Yes. The house has its own dedicated parking space directly outside.
I’m travelling without a car. How much will I suffer?
Driving 20–30 minutes for errands is common in this part of Sweden, but Nyland itself has everything you need for daily life.
How do I get there?
You can fly from Stockholm or take the train.
Is this a commercial operation?
No. Letting a house sit empty isn't great for the house and your money goes exclusively to covering running costs and improving the house with renovations, furniture, and so on.
