Cancel at least the length of your stay before check-in and it costs nothing — a one-week stay cancelled a week ahead, a four-week stay cancelled four weeks ahead. After that, half of the booking price is kept and the rest is refunded. If we are able to let the dates to somebody else, what was kept comes back to you.
